2025 Westfield High School Player Registration
All players wishing to try out for the Varsity, JV and Freshman teams for the 2025 season must fill out form.
Please read and understand each part of this packet and the expectations placed on each coach, player and parent before filling out Registration form.
High School Registration
On Monday May 19th, 6:30pm we will hold our fall informative meeting for any boy interested in playing soccer for the High School during the 2025 fall season. All incoming 9th graders, 10th graders, 11th graders, and 12th graders must attend the meeting. At the meeting you will be introduced to the coaches of each level, receive guidelines about the summer schedule and tryout process, and review important information about the Health forms and physicals that are required. This registration form is for the Boys Soccer Coaches and not for the school. The information below will be used to contact players throughout the summer about important information pertaining to summer training and tryouts. Players and parents must still register through the High School to play in the 2025 fall season.
